Tre and Liz first crossed paths before classes even began at Vanderbilt.

Although they hardly interacted during freshman year, Tre and Liz became fast friends sophomore year at the Mayfield, where Liz and her roommates often threw parties.

They officially started dating in 2015. Their first date? Chili’s on West End, courtesy of Tre’s trusty Commodore Cash (iykyk).

Tre transferred to UConn to finish his college career. Liz made the trips north whenever she could… or whenever Tre helped finance them (before NIL deals, mind you).

Tre would also come back to Nashville for special occasions like Liz's first J13.

Post-graduation, Tre and Liz set out to chase their own goals and aspirations, always making space to support each other along the way.

Making many trips to Starkville at the time. Especially to see Tre experience and coach in his first Egg Bowl.

In 2021, they packed up and moved to Tallahassee when Tre accepted a Graduate Assistant role at Florida State. Their “real life” adventure officially began.

Tre’s career took them to the University of Akron, where he landed his first position job as a Corners Coach and Liz's career continued to prosper. Akron became their first true home together, and Northeast Ohio will always hold a special place in their hearts.

Another move brought them to Morgantown, WV. For the first time, both felt truly settled—personally and professionally—and they knew the next step was coming soon.

“Soon” came faster than Liz expected. On July 7th, at 7 p.m., Tre proposed at the Reservoir in the Jackson Metro area—Liz’s hometown and favorite place. A full-circle moment for the couple, marking the start of their forever.
